BAKERBOND spe Columns - Reverse Phase - PolarPlus Octadecyl (C18), J.T.Baker®
With BAKERBOND conventional SPE silica columns, you can choose the solid phase extraction column that best fits your sample size and performance requirements. Use standard BAKERBOND spe 1, 3 and 6mL ultraclean polypropylene columns for samples from 0.2 to 10mL when standard speed, recover, and final concentration with good economy are needed.
Standard columns vacuum packaged to preserve sorbent performance; ultraclean packaging utilized.
Optimized, round-rimmed tube and frits made from ultrapure polymers.
Tubes fit into all popular processors and racks.
Tube inlet adapters available for use with Gilson ASPEC.
Optimize Selectivity with BAKERBOND spe C18
J.T.Baker® carefully defines and controls critical surface chemistry parameters to ensure performance consistency. Our knowledge and experience have led to the development of three distinct Octadecyl (C18) media in order to provide predictable and consistent extractions for discreet subsets of a broad range of sample types.
For optimal SPE performance, select the BAEKRBOND spe C18 product that best suits your particular sample. Select from:
BAKERBOND C18 - Provides excellent recoveries for the extraction of most nonpolar compounds.
PolarPlus C18 - Used when BAKERBOND C18 yields a low recovery of very polar (ie; water soluble) compounds. PolarPlus C18 can yield up to 1- times higher recovery of polar compounds than BAKERBOND C18.
BAKERBOND C18 LightLoad – Provides excellent recoveries of moderately polar compounds in the molecular weight range of 800 to 1500 Daltons. BAKERBOND C18 LightLoad is very useful for extraction of many drug metabolites.
