Biofuge™ Stratos™ Centrifuge Series
Eliminate imbalances and ensure reproducible results with Thermo Scientific Biofuge Stratos Centrifuges. This series delivers speed and flexibility for reliable separations in a compact footprint. Centrifuges are available in standard and continuous-flow models; both feature simple operation and a CFC-free refrigeration system ideal for temperature-sensitive samples. A wide selection of accessory biocontainment rotors enhances instrument versatility.

Contifuge Stratos Continuous-Flow:
- Processes large sample volumes rapidly and reliably in a single run
- Quickly separates large volumes of suspension with high yields
- Ideal for plant/animal/bacteria cell harvesting, protein precipitation, cell enrichment, vaccine production and sediment extraction from water samples
- Polypropylene insert (75015339) that improves sedimentation for small- or low-density particles
- Capacity: 300mL (sediment); 50mL with insert
- Max. speed: 17,000rpm
- Max. RCF: 25,040 × g
- Max. flowrate: 54L/hr.
Note:
Peristaltic pump with flow range 100 to 900mL/min. is recommended; Pump Head 77200-60 and Pump Drive 7523-60 are available separately. Accessory cart (76000083) can be used to create a portable centrifugation station.
Ordering Information:
Accessories, including fixed-angle, bucket and microplate rotors and adapters, are sold separately; all rotors are designed to provide biocontainment protection.
