Thermo Scientific™ Heratherm® large capacity microbiological incubators are the right choice for large samples or high sample volume. General Protocol units with gravity convection minimize drying out of samples. Advanced Protocol Security models with mechanical convection technology provide outstanding temperature performance to ensure fully reproducible results.
General Protocol Microbiological Incubators are ideally suited for routine applications, with sample safety in mind. The General Protocol Incubator line is designed for applications in pharmaceutical, medical, food and research laboratories.
Advanced Protocol Security Microbiological Incubators include a unique 140°C decontamination routine, providing outstanding safety for samples. The Advanced Protocol Security incubators incorporate additional safety features for ultimate sample protection: Lockable incubator door for restricted access (except for large capacity units), an alarm sounds if the door is left open accidently, and an automatic over- and under- temperature alarm. Models are available with a stainless-steel exterior, offering an easy to clean, robust and corrosion-resistant surface that meets demanding needs in pharmaceutical and clinical laboratories.

Heratherm Advanced Protocol Security Incubators
- Mechanical convection technology ensures optimal temperature distribution with improved level of temperature uniformity: ±0.2 to 0.3°C
- Temperature range from ambient 5°C to 105°C for application flexibility: units can even be used for drying applications
- Unique 140°C decontamination cycle, eliminating the need for separate autoclaving or use of toxic decontaminants
