Plates, Multiwell, 384 Well Plates with Optical Bottom, Nunc™
Achieve optimal results in cell-based fluorescence and luminescence applications using Thermo Scientific™ Nunc™ 384-Well Optical-Bottom Plate with Polymer Base or Coverglass Base, featuring a polystyrene black or white upper structure. Available in cell culture-treated, non-treated, collagen I-coated, and poly-D-lysine-coated surfaces.
- White or black upper structures with optically clear bottom
- Can be read from the bottom, top or both
- Radiation sterilized
- Black optical microplates are for fluorescence measurements, with minimum back-scattered light and background fluorescence
- White optical microplates are for luminescence measurements, with maximum reflection and minimal autoluminescence
- Poly-D-Lysine and Collagen I coating creates a positive charge on the surface that ensures attachment, growth and differentiation of primary cells and finicky cell lines.
- Cell culture treated surface is a hydrophilic surface that promotes standard cell attachment and growth
- Non-treated polystyrene is hydrophobic and suited for growth of suspension cultures that can proliferate and grow without attachment
- Optical base is available with either a #1.5 cover glass or polystyrene film
- Customized bar coding is available
