Sterile EZ-fill Vials in Tray and Nest & Tub Configurations
Stevanato Group EZ-fill Vials are offered in pre-sterilized RTU nest & tub and tray configurations eliminating glass-to-glass contact to assure pristine cosmetic quality. The pre-sterilized formats are designed for direct entry into your aspetic fill operation allowing you to maximize efficiencies and to minimize total cost of ownership and sterilization risks associated with in-house processing. Stevanato Group EZ-fill RTU Vials ship with Certificate of Conformity (COC), lot control, and traceability documentation to decrease regulatory burdens. Allowing our customers to focus on their drug development and manufacturing competencies and to rely on DWK to meet their primary packaging needs.

Features

Clean, depyrogenated, and sterilized ready-to-use (RTU) vials designed for pharmaceutical and contract manufacturing entities performing small to large batch aseptic parenteral packaging
ISO 8362-1 2R, 4R, 6R, 10R, and 20R vials, manufactured from borosilicate type 1, 51 expansion glass, with European Blowback
EZ-fill glass vials are available in nest & tub or tray configurations
Nested configurations are designed for direct entry into flex fill, robotic, and combi filling operations
Tray configurations are suitable for small batch and in-line filling operations
Nest & Tub and Tray packaging configurations eliminate glass to glass contact assuring the highest cosmetic quality
Reduces total cost of ownership and time to market
Tray rotation tool for use with EZ-fill Vials
EZ-fill is a registered trademark of Stevanato Group and/or its affiliates in one or more jurisdictions
Clear and Amber glass crimp finish vials are sterilized, ready-to-use (RTU), includes complete manufacturing, and certificate of analysis traceability
Aluminum center hole seals with polypropylene flip off caps are Sterilized, ready-to-use (RTU), and includes complete manufacturing, and certificate of analysis traceability.
